
So why is holistic coaching so effective?
Well, as I’m sure you know, coaching involves setting and reaching achievable goals and targets, which is a brilliant process.
However sometimes, although deep down we may know that we need to change or improve a situation (whether it be work or personal) we are faced with barriers which prevent us from doing this. These barriers or blocks can be due to anxiety, depression, a lack of self-confidence or trauma.
The way holistic coaching works is that we focus on these barriers first and foremost, using various processes.This enables you to then be in the right mindset to set the goals and work towards the changes you want to happen in your life. Allowing yourself to be the best version of you!
How we do this, depends on you. Everyone has a different learning style and need and this is why my anxiety, trauma therapies and coaching are a little different from the norm. My sessions are bespoke to you. They may be a walking or hiking session, they may include lots of holistic therapies, meditation and mindfulness. They may involve a formal timetable of action points, support with courses and self -development. We can take things in many directions. It really is all about you.
